Dear Supervisor Smith;
Thank you for taking the
time to acknowledge receipt of the University of Arizona Page-Trowbridge
Ranch Radioactive/Toxic Waste Landfill Report, by Web Parton ("the Parton
Report").
Some questions I have for
you in this regard are:
-
When did you first receive a
copy of the Parton Report?
-
Did you distribute the report
to your colleagues and/or subordinates or inform them of the existence
of the report? If so:
-
To whom did you distribute the
report?
-
When did you distribute the
report?
-
Did you attach a cover letter,
and could you provide me with a copy of it?
-
If you did not distribute copies
or inform your colleagues and/or subordinates of the report, why not?
I am also curious as
to why the county commissioners, as well as the Pinal County Planning and
Zoning Staff are on the record, as of August 17th, 2000, as saying that
they have never seen a copy of the Parton Report, and knew nothing of it.
I would appreciate any information that you could share with me as to how
this could have occurred, since the Parton Report was distributed to county
officials a year ago.
I will publish this letter
on www.PoisonedWells.com along with any response you may have to it.
Warm Regards,
James C. Huntington
